Mobile Apps

Overview:

Cendrol, a tech-first construction company, was scaling its digital ecosystem. I worked on two major app projects:

Cendrol Partner App (Mobile – Android & iOS): I revamped the existing Android app for on-ground partners, improving the UX flow based on insights from live, one-on-one user feedback sessions. The refined design was also adapted for iOS, enabling wider access.

Cendrol Interiors App (Web): Aimed at new and existing clients, this platform marked Cendrol’s expansion into the interior design space. The app empowered users to virtually design or select their home interiors, seek expert suggestions, generate estimates, and explore trending decor ideas—all in one place.

My Role:

From user research to interface design, I led the end-to-end design process for both apps. The Interiors App was my first solo real-time project, where I also initiated and conducted detailed UX research and feature prioritisation.

Impact:

Both apps significantly elevated user experience and accessibility. The Partner App rollout improved partner task efficiency and retention, while the Interiors App is still under developement.
