Overview:

CRMPRM was envisioned as a LinkedIn-style platform tailored specifically for real estate developers and partners. It aimed to be the first-of-its-kind unified platform connecting agents, brokers, and developers across the country—streamlining project-based collaborations and eliminating the inefficiencies of fragmented communication.

My Role:

• Designed the complete product experience & UI for both web app and dashboard.

• Structured the UX for seamless partner-agent discovery, crafting the brand system

• Build out the PRM + CRM logic for real estate developers.

Impact:

The project bridged a major gap in the real estate industry by creating a scalable digital ecosystem. For partners, it provided a free, accessible networking platform. For developers, the platform offered a premium admin suite with integrated CRM and PRM tools—offering flexibility to manage, track, and expand their networks effortlessly.
